Cancellation Policies
A Lessor can choose from three cancellation policies for stays strictly under 30 nights: flexible, moderate or strict: and 1 cancellation policy for stays over 30 nights: Long term, detailed below. The cancellation policy chosen by the host is automatically and clearly mentioned on the description page of each accommodation.
Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation procedure cannot be changed, the two parties commit themselves to observe it.
Any Tenant who cancels must necessarily notify the host and confirm the cancellation directly on the site from the page Bookings > Cancel stay. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation popup and receives a confirmation email from MorningCroissant.
Complementary premium services (parking place, linen kit, final cleaning, breakfast) paid online via MorningCroissant will be 100% refunded.
In the event that the traveler cancels a stay, the MorningCroissant service fee is non-refundable.
Flexible:
- If the Tenant cancels more than 30 full days before check-in time (French time), 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation before 23:59 on March 1st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a 100% refund.
- If the Tenant cancels more than 7 days before check-in time (French time), 75% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 24th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 75%.
- If the Tenant cancels less than 7 days in advance (until the day before check-in, French time), 50% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 31st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 50%.
- For any (total or partial) made after the check-in day (French time), no refund on the rent will be made.
- In case of a partial cancellation made before the check-in day, a refund of 100% (for a cancellation made more than 30 days before the first cancelled night), 75% (more than 7 days), or 50% (more than 0 day) of the difference between the rent for the initial dates and the rent for the new dates will be made. Example : a partial cancellation made before the check-in day before 23:59 on March 24th of 3 nights (April 1st, 2nd and 3rd), is entitled to a refund of 75%.
- The MorningCroissant service fee is non-refundable.
Moderate:
- If the Tenant cancels more than 30 full days before check-in time (French time), 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation before 23:59 on March 1st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st is entitled to a 100% refund.
- If the Tenant cancels more than 7 days before check-in time (French time), 50% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 24th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 50%.
- If the Tenant cancels less than 7 days in advance (until the day before check-in, French time), 25% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example: a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 31st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 25%.
- For any (total or partial) made after the check-in day (French time), no refund on the rent will be made.

- If the Tenant cancels more than 30 full days before check-in time (French time), 75% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation before 23:59 on March 1st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 75%.
- If the Tenant cancels more than 7 days before check-in time (French time), 50% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 24th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 50%.
- If the Tenant cancels less than 7 days in advance (until the day before check-in, French time), no refund will be made. Example : a cancellation made after 0:00 on March 25th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to no refund.
- For any (total or partial) made after the check-in day (French time), no refund on the rent will be made.

Long term (≥ 30 nights) :
- If the Tenant cancels more than 30 full days before check-in time (French time), 100% of the rental amount will be refunded. Example : a cancellation before 23:59 on March 1st for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a 100% refund.
- If the Tenant cancels less than 30 days before check-in time (French time), a refund of 100% of the rental amount will be made on cancelled rental amount over 30 days after the cancelation date. Example : a cancellation made by 23:59 on March 24th for a scheduled arrival on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 100% of the rental amount over April 24th and 0% of the rental amount under April 24th.
- In case of a partial cancellation made before or after the check-in time (French time), a refund of 100% will be made on cancelled rental amount over 30 days after the cancellation date. Example : a cancellation made during the stay by 23:59 on March 24th for a new scheduled departure on April 1st, is entitled to a refund of 100% of the rental amount over April 24th and 0% of the rental amount under April 24th.
