10 minutes from the city center of Bordeaux, close to the international airport of Bordeaux and Bordeaux highways, our residence offers apartments with all comfort. You will spend a pleasant stay at the gates of Bordeaux.
Practical and comfortable, this apartment is designed to offer a living space and an optimal layout. With a surface of 32 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and an independent bathroom. You can enjoy free WiFi access and flat screen tv with TNT. With your reservation you can enjoy a free parking space.
Pets are allowed with a supplement payable locally. During your stay you can enjoy hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast buffet).
TA tourist tax (€1.35 / person / night) will have to be paid at the beginning of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
ARRIVAL:
The reception is open until 21:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 / 16:00 to 19:30 on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.
DEPOSIT
For all stays from 30 nights and more, one month rent deposit must be paid by credit card from your account MorningCroissant on the Reservations tab. It shall be returned within 15 days following your departure if no damage has been committed in the dwelling. A credit card can be requested upon arrival as guarantee for stays of less than 1 month.
