I spent two months in this particular appartement and I would recommend it to everyone. The place is clean and this part of Paris is safe even during the night hours.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

propre et conforme à l’annonce. quartier agréable proche de toutes commodités. Il manque un rideau. Mais il y a tout le nécessaire dans l’appart. Résidence est très calme. bus (89-126) à 5 minutes à pied, la gare vanves-malakoff à côté. Le metro à 15 minutes de marche. gestionnaire est arrangeante
