Description
This apartment of 45 m² is simple and complete. It is designed as a base for stays in the heart of the Vallée blanche. It may not be suitable for people who want to stay all day inside the apartment.
The apartment is crossing (North-South) located on the ground floor of our cottage, it communicates directly with the Garden whose access is free. Your kids will love (and you) the garden (slide and swing) games and run outside while you prepare the meal or the start in MOP. Your pet is welcome and it can also relax in the garden. At the back of a beautiful day, you can enjoy a convivial moment in the garden furniture and the pleasures of the barbecue summer.
With 2 independent rooms, located on the South side it accommodates 4 people including a family with 2 children who will have the joy to sleep in 2 bunk beds. The sofa bed located in the living room on the north side, is a pull-out couch with 2 single beds (bedsteads with wooden slats) to supplement the sleeping up to 6 people. It is new (changed in 2018).
We regularly welcome families of 4 or 5 people (with or without grandparents) or friends who go on a getaway in the mountains. The location allows to visit many places without being "stuck" in a mountain village. Indeed, thanks to the easy road access to the Valley, each point of attraction is 30 minutes maximum.
Our garage can accommodate several bikes for the night in a secure way.
Exposure North of the kitchen / living room may not be suitable for all individuals.
With children at home, it is that game sounds may not be suitable for those who want a quiet environment to.
The close environment is quiet in a quiet area. You will find 100 m supermarket and pizzeria. Output of Cluses, it allows to directly access the drive from Morillon - Morzine, Samoens.
Access to the train station and bus station is a 15 min walk from the apartment or taking the bus that passes right by.
Downtown Cluses is a 20 min walk (or bus).
