The tenant will use the rented accommodation peacefully. A state of entry and exit places is carried out for each tenant.
- Smoking is prohibited in the dwelling and in the common areas, but cigarette butts thrown out must be picked up.
- The animals are under the entire responsibility of their master who will have to collect their dejections. It must also protect the furniture by adequate protection. The supplement for a small pet is 35 € for the stay. Large dogs are not allowed.
