This triplex of 105 m2, with contemporary decoration, will make you enjoy on the ground floor of an elegant tones of white and grey, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the salon with a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. This large room opens onto a pretty independent terrace of 20 m2 with its garden (Barbecue at disposal). It has three bedrooms (a double room, with two single beds and the last offering a single bed) and a bathroom with shower. You will also have the use of a parking space in the property.

Discover during your strolls in the area: the area of Tower-Sainte, listed historical monuments, the Tower of the Immaculate Conception which breaks mark by far. The area is a major landscape composition and element of first order of OM bastidaire heritage. GR 2013 passes in front of the Church of Sainte-Marthe, located on a hill north of the village. The district also hosts the SOAP of the Seraglio, one of the last Marseille soap factories still in activity. The national headquarters of the society is still today in the district, as well as his old House, which still belongs to the family, the Château Ricard.
