The studio is composed of two rooms.
The living room is equipped with a top-of-the-range 140 cm high-end convertible sofa, a table and two chairs and an LCD TV with many channels (Orange TV) and internet via wifi.
Sheets and pillows are provided (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases).
The bathroom is equipped with a designer shower, vanity unit with mirror, sanitary and electric towel warmer. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is totally equipped:
- Microwave oven
- Fridge
- 2 burner ceramic hotplate
- Sink
- Tassimo coffee maker with coffee, tea and chocolate capsules.
- Kettle
- Crockery, cutlery, utensils. Towels are provided.
- Essential products (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, soap ...)
We propose a binder with maps and Lyon places to visit.
You can leave your bike in the private yard, in front of the studio.
You can park your car for free on Baraban Street.
Prices :
700 € the month and 20 € cleaning (including sheets, towels, tea towels ...).
