Le canapé vient d'être changé, c'est nettement plus confortable pour dormir !
Un tout petit effort de maintenance et ça serait parfait (rideaux sales et 3 ampoules sur 5 qui fonctionnent... mais c'est comme ça dans les parties communes aussi). -

Propreté : selon la propreté du locataire précédent.
Entretien/maintenance : rideaux (douche et fenêtre) crasseux, VMC non entretenue, prévoir ses ampoules et piles pour avoir de la lumière ou la télé.
