September 2018Moquette sale, laverie "dégueulasse" de l'urine partout,pas de matériel internet fourni, mais wifi non sécurisé. Je me demande à quoi sert la gestionnaire !! Mis à part l'emplacement je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de ce studio.

I had a nice stay for a reasonable price. More light in the building would we fine: it is very dark...
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
