Whether you are one or two families looking for a place for a few months before finalizing projects, or workers / students in search of tranquility and greenery, this cottage of 100 sqm, built by an architect in a barn. hay, will meet all your needs. "L'Oda Verte" has kept its rustic charm with exposed beams and stone walls.
This spacious cottage is also suitable for groups of mobile workers or people looking for a place for a few months, colocation or not, for training or other activities.
Open on a private and shaded garden, "L'Oda Verte" has been decorated in shades of green and pastel recalling the tranquility of the countryside. You will find everything you need inside: with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, life at 8 is very comfortable. This house will transport you to an incredibly quiet and relaxing place, but very well located to visit our beautiful department of Vendée or to do its professional activities (it is located in the Vendée grove, 15 minutes from Roche Sur Yon and 30 minutes from Nantes).
The cottage is composed as follows:
- A stay / living room equipped kitchen of 40 sqm
- A parental suite of about 15 sqm with a bed of 140 cm + a bathroom + toilet on the ground floor
- Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with, for the 1st, 2 beds of 90 cm, and for the second, 1 bunk bed + 1 bed 140 cm, or 4 beds + a bathroom + WC.
The months of April, September, and even October, you will enjoy the indoor pool and heated to at least 27 °. The top shelter stores the warmth you will enjoy early or late in the season. When the weather is good, we deploy the shelter for you to enjoy an outdoor pool.
And of course, safely !!!!
In Vendée, the tourist animations are not lacking and you will easily make your choice by consulting our tourist documentation: heritage, history, culture, hiking, gastronomy, amusement parks like Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park and Indian Forest ...

A barbecue built on the terrace will be waiting for you to have a good time around grills !!!!
We also provide cot and high chair on request.
During your stay, we will be there to answer your questions, but we will leave you alone so that you can enjoy a maximum. We can intervene quickly if you need because we live only 5 Kms from "Oda", but we know well the old owners who still live in the village! There will always be someone to help you! !!!
We also bring extreme importance to the regulation of the pool at the level of children: never leave them in the pool unattended! Thank you !!
It only takes 30 minutes to reach the beautiful Vendée beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and 1 hour to get to the most beautiful park in the world: Le Puy du Fou.
Free for medium and long term rentals from September to the end of April of each year, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
