Provide your own TOWELS, BED LINEN and BLANKET because these are NOT SUPPLIED.
Upon arrival you will have to subscribe an edf subscription because ELECTRICITY is NOT CHARGED in the rent.
During your stay you can enjoy paid hotel services offered by the residence : laundry, one-time household, parking (€3 / day, €32 / month), tv (€32 / month).
DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of two months rent will be requested by check, cash or banking card at your arrival : 1 month will be debited and returned within 2 months after your departure and 1 month will be kept as guarantee and not debited.
