The space
Completely renovated by architects (us ) with clever design and quality materials, our live-work space is packed with modern comfort.
It's not a big space but we worked our magic to make it feel and function as a place twice its size and equipped it with the luxury of quality products. An efficient shower with rain shower head; Highest quality cotton satin and 100% down bedding; Stylish kitchen fully equipped with top quality Italian stainless steel pots and pans,etc. For those who wants to practice French cooking, a legendary Le Creuset cast iron pot is at your disposal. A home cinema to catch up your favorite French movies.
We've used ecological and environment friendly construction materials to make sure the place is sound for the health of its inhabitant. We use organic and plant-based cleaning products for house keeping and laundry, we provide our guest organic soaps, shampoo and shower gel.
The office and living area is directly open to a side street that is dynamic during the day but quiet at night. you'll feel living in a village with friendly faces in the neighborhood. The bedroom suite in the basement is directly under the office, with natural day light from the light pit, the sufficient ventilation system and completely insulated four walls and floor, it doesn't feel like in the basement at all. As a matter of fact, my neighbor from the 4th floor said that her un-insulated apartment feels way more humid than our basement. And since it's under ground and well insulated, it almost assure you to have a good night sleep.
It has been our own office and residence in Paris for the past 2 years and we absolutely loved it. With some changes in our life, we have to leave Paris for a period of time. That's why we are looking for someone who appreciate design and unconventional experiences to make use of the space.
Guest access
you'll have access to everything in the place, the office, the kitchen etc. including a tabloid (A3) size printer/scanner and a projector.
Interaction with guests
we can be in touch with easily through telephone, email, text message or other online chatting apps. we make sure to respond timely to the questions and inquiries of the guests.
Other things to note
While occasional parties and events are not a problem, we don't encourage parties with loud music and go on till late into the night. You want to make friends in the building and neighborhood, not enemies.
While culture events are encouraged, no commercial activities should be carried out in the apartment.
