The apartment is fully equipped and includes:
• A bed for two people size 140 * 190 bought in June 2018, and a dressing room of 1m50 wide
• A pleasant and functional bathroom with sanibroyeur and washing machine
• An equipped kitchen: fridge, cooking plates, coffee machine, kettle, oven (no microwave), as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking
• A half-moon table for lunch for two
• A living room with a sofa for 2.5 people, a library and a TV
Other remarks:
The apartment is equipped with a sanibroyeur. It is important to ONLY throw toilet paper at the risk of breaking the toilet and not being able to use it. I really insist on this because in case of mechanical failure related to a waste thrown other than toilet paper, I would play the deposit to pay the repairs of the sanibroyeur (it dates from March 2016)
The stairwell has not been redone for at least 40 years and is completely anarchic! This may surprise and even push back although it is healthy and the apartment was redone in March 2016.
