J'avais déjà loué un studio à Nice chez Studéa l'an dernier mais dans la résidence près du port rue Barbéris. J'ai cette fois été déçue: cafards, lunette des WC mal fixée, pas de balai pour les WC, un lit peu confortable et qui grince ... Je retournerai rue Barbéris.
