The bedrooms have a large double bed width 160cm (linen is provided), the kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, washing machine, induction cooker, oven, and kettle and kitchenware.
The bathroom has a shower, and toilet and there is an extra separate toilet.
Please note that :
1. Wifi - 30 euros a month: i could install it in my name, but you can refund me later.
2. The bedroom doors and cupboards have no locks.
3. The rent includes: all charges, central heating, residence tax and electricity up to 30 euros/month. If electricity bill exceeds the before-mentioned sum, you can reimburse me the difference. If it is less, I will reimburse you the difference. We could agree to do that every 6 months if you wish or at the end of you contract if ended before the 12 months.
