Near Evian Golf and city center, our residence has a great view on Lake Geneva. 5 minutes walk from a bakery and supermarket open 7/7 days, its location is ideal.
Composed of a large living room with sofa bed (140 * 190) and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160 * 200) and a bathroom with bath and toilet, this 1BR apartment is 36 sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, a cooker hood, a coffee maker and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a balcony, a flat-screen TV and free wifi access.
Please note that towels and bed sheets are not supplied. You can bring yours or rent it on site (5€ for towels and 5€ for bed sheets).
The residence offers a free parking space. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry, sauna and breakfast).
Before your arrival, the residence will ask you a copy of a valid contract of employment. On the first day you will have to give a deposit of one month's rent.
A tourist tax (€1,5 / person / night) must be paid at the end of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
