LA HALLE - with balcony and parking Emplacement commode, secteur calme et immeuble tranquille, studio cosy et agréable, facilité communication /transaction avec loueur. Bémol pour le chauffage auto qui tombe à 18,6 en semaine et les évacuations sdb qui s’écoulent mal. Hotte et 1 interrupteur cuisine ne fonctionnent pas.

LA HALLE - with balcony and parking Excellent séjour conforme à nos attentes, et notamment un immeuble calme et un parking souterrain pratique.
Nous avons également apprécié l'environnement général, la proximité du supermarché, du tramway et de la Confluence (musée, centre commercial, parc de Gerland).

- NO SMOKING APARTMENT
- NO PETS
- NO NOISE AFTER 10pm !! : Do nothing that might, its done or persons of his house, disturb the peace of neighbors or other occupants (nocturnal disturbance, noise, odors, smoke, or other)
- OTHERS PERSON THAN THE PERSON WRITTEN ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SAY IN THE FLAT: the guest have to use peacefully the housing . It is forbidden to use the flat for commercial purposes leading to the reception of people (customers, suppliers, prospects, prostitution..)
- Be sure to turn off the lights, fan, close your apartment and landing door when you are away.
- PLEASE DONT PUT THE HEATHER AT THE MAXIMAL POSITION : if too much electricity are used , we will have to charge you
- DO NOT throw anything in the TOILET: only small quantities of toilet paper, no objects, no hygienic paper which can block the drains and other plumbing fixtures, otherwise it will be liable for costs incurred for the repair Service of this equipment.
- Replace and repare the damage and losses that occur during the stay (brocken glass for example,..)
- Use of equipment and material left available in strict accordance with their mode of use
- not to use Internet access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or a neighboring right, such as texts , images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without authorization. Risk of maximum penalty of 7500 €. To avoid such a penalty, you can consult the "use and internet" fact sheets, which are available on the Hadopi website: www.hadopi.fr/ressources/fiches-pratiques. - AT YOUR DEPARTURE: thank you kindly do the dishes, take out the garbage , put all durty sheets and towels on the floor, and ensure that we dont have to clean your flat more than 2 hours: if it is more, we will have to charge you 25€/hour.
- The policyholder shall be insured by an insurance company against the risks of theft, fire and water damage, both for its rental risks for personal property leased, as well as for claims by neighbors, and to justify first request of the lessor. Consequently, the latter declines all responsibility for recourse that the insurance company may exercise against the tenant in case of disaster. In any case, the lessor shall not be liable if the tenant is not insured.
- To let the host to enter the premises as often as necessary.
The guarantee will be cashed and renting stopped if these rules are not followed.
