Located in a brand new residence, this apartment will seduce you. It is conveniently located at the doors of Grenoble: close to the University Grenoble Alpes, a few minutes by tram from the city of Grenoble and SNCF train station, and 25 minutes from ski resorts. You can enjoy the view of the mountains.
Composed of a living room with 2 single beds (2 * 80 * 200) that you can combine to make a double bed, a kitchenette in the Hall and a bathroom with shower and toilet, the T1 is 23 m². It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, an electric kettle, plates dishwasher, refrigerator and everything you need to cook. The apartment also has free WiFi and a flat TV with cable and satellite channels.
The residence offers a parking place. During your stay you can also enjoy the hotel services offered by the residence at extra cost: launderette, one-time cleaning (30€) and breakfast (€ 10 per person).
Pets are allowed at the price of € 10 per night or € 50 per month payable locally.
We welcome you every day from 7: 00 to 23: 00. Housing will be available from 2 pm.
A deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival by cheque or borrows CB (not boxed).
Tourist tax (€ 0.90 / person / night) is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay directly on the spot.

December 2017Studio très confortable, à l'attente de ce qui était décrit. Contrairement aux commentaires que j'avais pu lire, l'endroit était propre et j'ai eu internet toute la durée de mon séjour.

Pas bien.
Draps du lit sales dans le sol à mon arrivé.
11 jours sans internet(outil de travail). J'ai déposé 1plainte la semaine dernière. Ni M.Croissants ni C.Suites m'ont donné solution.
Je dois prolonger mon séjour pendant quelques jours, et je n'ai eu aucun détail commercial.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Tout est excellent, sauf que le ménage n’est pas inclus, il est en extra 30€ apparemment, mais en général j’aime bien personnellement, personnels chaleureux, souriants, et serviables surtout
