Rules of procedure of the Residence.

Article 1. -It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the Residence in advance and obtain the agreement of the owner. On the occasion of any reservation the customer shall pay 50% deposit of his stay. The hosting contract is deemed concluded the agreement between the parties.

Section 2. -Any person wishing to stay at the residence is required to publicize his identity and that of the people who accompany him.

Article 3. -The housing benefit is payable no later than 15 days before taking possession of the premises.

Article 4. -Upon arrival, unless agreed by the owner, the customer may not require to occupy the room before noon. A State of the art will be established. The customer shall notify on arrival, hours of operation of the various services of the residence.

Article 5 -Any customer leaving his room must provide the key to the owner. A State of the output will be established, before the return of the deposit.

Section 6. -The client cannot enter the House of third persons not known to the owner, unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the customer can rent a room for a number of people higher than anticipated at the time of booking. Pets are accepted.

Section 7. -The client should not take advantage of his stay in the residence to carry out an activity whatsoever: commercial, professional, industrial, craft or agricultural.

Section 8. -The noise, even daytime, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or the scandal in any form whatsoever, may be returned immediately. In the interest of peace of all noise must stop between 10 pm and 7 am.

Article 9 -The client must use the thing leased as a good father. Any degradation, breakage, loss of purpose, must be replaced or paid immediately. The client should not wash the linen in the rooms or press. Similarly, it may allow food or bring drinks and food not provided by the residence.

Section 10. -Any claim on the quality of the services provided must be submitted to the owner immediately.

Section 11. -At the time of his departure, the client must provide the key to his room the owner. It is prohibited to carry an object whatever it is belonging to the Residence: it must return it if he sees a misunderstanding.

Section 12. -By application of section 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his baggage if he refuses to pay.

Article 13. -The items or abandoned, can be sold under the conditions provided by the law of March 31, 1896.

Section 14. -It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in the common parts. Any nuisance tripping the alarm fire for failure to comply with this provision will be charged € 150 for costs of recommissioning of the fire safety system.

Section 15. -Failure to observe the above provisions results in immediate termination of the contract.
