This apartment of 70 m 2 consists of two rooms on the ground floor with access direct on a terrace with a table and chairs and a garden of more than 200 m 2, a full-service lounge with American kitchen and a bathroom with WC.
In regards to the rooms, the first room has one double bed 140 * 200 cm and the second room has a comfortable double bed of 160 * 200 cm. The two rooms each of the cupboards. The heating is electric. We provide sheets for beds.
In terms of equipment, I provide a couch relax two people and an armchair, an LCD TV with a laptop team an HDMI output, and a Wifi Internet connection unlimited. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a microwave, two plates of cooking and a hood. All the cutlery and plates and glasses are available for guests.
Access to Paris via a bus that takes you to the Sucy Bonneuil RER A station in 5 minutes and then to Paris Nation in less than 25 minutes. Access to DisneyLand by car in 30 minutes. Excellent Japanese restaurant open buffet at 10 minutes walk or crêperie, brasserie etc. A Franprix and Simply at 10 minutes walk or even a big Leclerc in 10 minutes by car. Welcome in french or English. Ideal base for those wishing to stay in a spacious accommodation and a neighborhood quiet yet close to the capital.
