Whether you are here for a few days or several months, our reside in Béziers Centre reflect all our know-how and ensure a warm and personalized service. Enjoy a walk along the Canal du Midi and savor the vibrant atmosphere of the historical amphitheaters of the region.
The apartment is located in a 100% secured building with elevator. With modern furniture, it can accommodate 4 people and features a living room with TV and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave as well as electric hobs.
Kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.
For stays longer (or equal) than 30 nights, a deposit of €300 and a refurbishment fee of €65 will be requested upon arrival.
For stays shorter than a month, a credit card number will be required for security deposit (Amex, Visa, Master).
The residence also provides additional services payable on site :
- Self-service laundrette
- Housecleaning
- Breakfast (€8.50 / person / day)
- Pet less than 30lb (€8/day, €30/week, €50/month)
- Underground parking : €9.50/day from may 1st to august 31st and €7/day from september 1st to april 30th
Check-in can be done after 3pm.
The apartment must be released before 11am.
A tourist tax (€ 1,25 / person / night) must be paid at the end of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
