Studio 30 m² fully equipped, very warm in the heart of the 11 district giving on a square and redone to nine. Located on the 8th floor with a lift. Metro Charonne has 5 minutes.

The apartment includes a large living room 30 m2 with parquet floor and two large windows, which bring a lot of light. Divided into 2 areas, living room and kitchen, the room is equipped with a dining table with 2 chairs, a television, a sofa bed, designed for the beds daily and as comfortable as a bed to the dimensions of 160 to 200.
You will also find a modern office. A closet space. The kitchen is separate and very spacious, everything from cooking and dishes is available (gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine...). We'll let you coffee/tea & sugar so that you feel at home.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a piece of furniture to store toiletries. We put at your disposal thick and fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo and a hairdryer.

The area is very lively, close to many shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries, museums (Picasso, Carnavalet and Louvre), gardens and parks. Many of the most visited monuments of Paris are within walking distance (Place des Vosges, Bastille, Town Hall, Beaubourg, Republic, Châtelet).
Metro line 9 (station Charonne) live for department stores, Champs Elysées, theatres. Bus 76 direct for the Museum of the Louvre, chatelet, Opera Marais, station Saint Lazare station.

Baby bed and high chair can be provided on request.
Note that the apartment is non smoking, that pets are not tolerated and that a deposit will be required.
