The apartment is located on the top floor of an Haussmanian building in the heart of St. Germain of meadows.
It is in a quiet and uncrowded Street and a one-way street.
You will be seduced by its large terrace not overlooked, where it is possible to enjoy your meal.
The apartment is composed of a wide entrance, serving the living room and the kitchen on the right, the room and the shower room on the left.
The terrace is located on the coast near the kitchen and the living room.
The room has a double bed, many closets and the shower is adjacent.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and a dining table for 4 people is disposed between the living room and the kitchen.
Please note that the consumption of electricity and gas are not included.
Check-ins are normally from 15 h.
Please take into account that a household of output of €110 you will be charged at the end of the rental.
Baby bed and high chair can be provided on request.
Note that the apartment is non smoking, that pets are not tolerated and that a deposit will be required.
