Welcome to our residence located in Lourdes, city that is one of the greatest Sites of Hautes-Pyrénées. Close to both sanctuaries and downtown, the residence presents the advantage of being located slightly away from the crowd visiting the sanctuary. The residence welcomes pilgrims, tourists as well as business travelers.
Composed of a room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate WC, this studio is 28 sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, electric hob and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers a free parking space. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day, 6€/day or 30€/week). Cleaning can be done for an extra charge of €30. During your stay you can enjoy the sauna and the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast).
You can arrive at the time you want through a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 19: 00. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes.
A deposit of €550 is required for stays longer than 3 months.
A tourist tax (€1 / person / night) must be paid at the end of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
