Welcome to our residence located in the heart of La City, the business district of Besancon, on the edge of the Doubs. Strategically located just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes by tram from the train station and the centre for exhibition and Conference Micropolis, the residence is also well suited for your stays in family for your business trips. City of Art and history classified world heritage of Unesco, Besançon and its surroundings are full of fascinating sights: historic sites, outstanding and nature monuments preserved.
Composed of a living area with double bed (140*200) and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, this studio is 20 sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, coffee maker, and everything you will need to cook. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers a free outdoor parking place (or place in underground parking for €6 / night). Weekly and end of stay cleaning are included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast).
You can arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 9 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes.
For stays longer than three months a deposit of one month rent will be requested on arrival and restored at the time of the departure.
A tourist tax (€ 0.90 / person / night) must be paid at the end of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
