Description
Furnished and fully equipped apartment in a recent and secure residence. A manager of residence is on-site for your peace of mind. The residence is very well located : well served by public transport (the bus stops 6 and 88 are in front of the residence, the bus stops 16, 89 and 90 are 3 minutes walk) and close to shops (supermarket "LIDL" 200 metres). You are only 10 minutes by bus from the historic centre of the city.
This is a shared 1 BR apartment : You will share the kitchen but you will have your own space (that can be locked) with a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a desk and a double bed (140cm). The bathroom with shower is adjacent to the room. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. As you can see on the floor plan, the apartment has an other room that may be rented during your stay
The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linen is provided and changed every 2 weeks by a kit of clean laundry. However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
Electricity is included in the price.
During your stay you can enjoy all the services of the residence:

Please, note that you must come BEFORE 19:00. After this hour we will not be able to host you. You will have to pay one month rent deposit. Pets are allowed but you will have to give a two month rent deposit on arrival day.
