December 2017Isolation thermique et sonore médiocre! Il y fait très froid. Frigo très bruyant. Déco froide. Boules Quiès nécessaires pour dormir (forte circulation de jour comme de nuit : voitures, pompiers,…). Bref, je ne louerai plus jamais ce studio générateur de stress…! Et je ne le conseille absolument pas.

Studio très sale, vaisselle à relaver,WC répugnant,frigo moisi... Du fait de mon arrivée le we, pas d'état des lieux fait. Après 2 mails de relance auprès de morning croissant je 'ai eu eu aucun retour de leur part ni de visite du gestionnaire sur place. Par contre bon emplacement.

Franchement Jaime bien l'endroit, bien placé, pratique, immeuble calme , dans l'ensemble tt allait sauf le chauffage qui fonctionne pas ds la chambre , j'ai eu un peut froid ds la nuit , chauffage HS ,mais j'ai pas été déçu. Je recommande vivement.
