Nearly all Paris sites can be simply reached by walk, and it's just a little pleasant stroll to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, the Champs Elysées, the Marais, the Beaubourg and many others. The apartment, which is only a few mt. from a covered parking, is also near to 3 metro lines, 14 bus lines, 2 urban railways. A lesser accommodation would be more expensive!
Nice 30 m2 (323 sq. ft.) calm apartment located in a 17th century historic building, furnished with autonomous air conditioned, unlimited central heating available night and day and double glass windows for total comfort, unique in Paris (2 cm/0,79 inches thick, -45 dB!) . The street is semi-pedestrian; traffic is virtually absent 24/7.
According to the Parisian standard, this apartment provides excellent comfort for up to four people at a great price. It features above the standard beds (160 cm/62'' large instead of the standard 130 cm/51''), two rooms, bathtub (very rare in Paris!), true refrigerator with freezer (not the usual tiny minibar: look at the pictures!) Unlike others we clearly indicate the surface which is quite above the Parisian average: for larger apartments you would have to spend no less than 250€ per night.
