Facing South, entirely renovated and decorated by an interior designer (Annie Mesmain), the studio has a living room with kitchen, a bathroom - WC, a terrace along the length of the studio, where you can see the Eiffel Tower. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
Standing: The small Acacia studio is in a building of the 20th century, with secure access (access code) and presence of a babysitter (day), and 4 floors of parking in the basement. The apartment is covered with thick carpet in the entry and residence, and a tile in the kitchen and the bathroom. The large windows (which overlook the terrace) have double glazing for more comfort and better insulation.
The studio is conveniently located in close proximity to the Charles de Gaulle station / Star (metro lines 1-2-6 and RER A - which puts the la Défense district 15-20 minutes) and the station Ternes (line 2).
Available: With a closet and several closets, small Acacia is furnished with a sofa bed quality and quick opening (bed 140 x 196 cm), a comfortable designer armchair, pouf, a coffee table, a library and large shelves, a table for lunch (to leaves), TV large format and access to internet (freebox). The studio is air-conditioned (cold and hot) with basic heating and hot water provided by the building.
The kitchen, American type, has many cupboards and drawers, a work plan and a 'bar' (with stools) overlooking the terrace. Facilities include an oven, induction hob two lights, a refrigerator, a dishwasher 6 covered, a kettle, a coffee machine, as well as all the necessary dishes.
