Description
Under the Sun of the French Riviera, the residence is located in the center of Sophia Antipolis, 6 km from downtown and the beaches of Antibes. Ideally located between sea and mountain, Antibes Juan-les-Pins is a touristic city with traditions and nautical pleasures, history and heritage, festivals and nightlife.
Composed of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140 * 190) and two single beds, and a bathroom with bath and toilet, this studio is 30 sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, cooker hood, kettle, coffee maker and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with an LCD TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers a fitness gym with free access and a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from April to November. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day).
During your stay you can access to hotel services of the residence :
- laundry,
- breakfast : 10€ for adult and 6€ for a child until 12 years old,
- spa : 8€ per person for 45 minutes
You can arrive at the time you want through a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and from 8am to 12 and from 2pm to 7pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence to communicate you the access codes.
A deposit of one month's rent is required for stays of more than 30 nights. A tourist tax (€1.50 / person / night) must be paid at the end of the stay, directly with the reception, in addition to the rent already paid.
