The artist's house is a southern haven located in the countryside 1 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France Ansouis. Housed in an old renovated Provencal stone farmhouse in summer whose terrace overlooks a generous nature
The house is an old farmhouse shared walls so thick that it is very cool during the summer heat and is facing south especially 3 bedrooms overlooking a garden of 1700 sqm planted with olive trees, fruit and flowers . A south-facing terrace also gives you access and offers a magnificent view of the castle Ansouis. At 4 kms you can cool off at the Bonde lake for swimming and a nice break at the edge of a 3-hectare lake bordered by beautiful sandy beaches in Cadenet, about ten kms from Ansouis. The village market is Sunday morning and offers local products. You can also taste the wines of the region in the 4 wine cellars around the house.In summer you enjoy many festivals of theater, music, dance etc ... while the Luberon is a cradle of village entertainment, ranging from parties to flea markets and fairs of all types including art and crafts but also gastronomy.
