This apartment is located in a safe residence with magnetic badges and video surveillance. A manager of residence and a night watchman will be there on-site for your peace of mind.
This is a shared 1 BR apartment : You will share the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet but you will have your own bedroom (that can be locked). The bedroom has a desk and a 120 cm bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. As you can see on the floor plan, the apartment has an other room that may be rented during your stay
The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linen is provided and changed every 2 weeks by a kit of clean laundry. However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
During your stay you can enjoy all the services of the residence :

- meeting room with TV, video projector, projection screen, and appropriate sound
- laundry with washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing tables

Please, note that you must arrive BEFORE 18:00. After this hour we will not be able to host you. You will have to pay one month rent deposit. Pets are allowed but you will have to give a two month rent deposit on arrival day.
The residence is ideally located for a holiday trip but also for students (College of Rangueil, CREPS, SUP'AERO, ENAC) and businessmen (AIRBUS, CNRS, CNES, CFPCT - very near the ring road to serve Labege and the airport in 15 minutes).
