Composed of a room with pull out bed and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*190) a bathroom with bath and toilet, this apartment is 27sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, a cooker hood and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to late September. An end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
ATTENTION: A SUPPLEMENT OF 280 € WILL BE INVOICED ON PLACE FOR THE RENT OF AUGUST (HIGH PERIOD)
You can arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes. A deposit of €30 will be requested on your arrival for the modem
