Ideally located near the Hospital of Lille and the University Lille 2, this residence is close to public transport (subway 1 "CHR Oscar Lambret" and "Lille CHR" train station). You can move freely and reach through metro Lille Grand Palais exhibition park. For cycling lovers, a bike trail is available at the foot of the residence.
Practical and comfortable, this studio is designed to offer a living space and an optimal layout. With an area of 19 m², this apartment is on the 1st floor of a secure residence. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette (with fridge, hotplate, microwave oven and crockery), a living area with 1 sofa bed (140 x 190) and an independent bathroom. There is a TV and a free internet connection.
A coton bed linen set will be provided upon arrival. PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
For all rentals> 3 months, the electricity consumption is not included and the EDF account is to put in the name of the tenant.
During your stay you can enjoy hotel services offered by the residence.

ARRIVAL:
Check-in only with the residence manager during reception opening hours, from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FROM 4:00 PM TILL 6:00 PM. You won't be able to check-in outside this schedule, nor on week-ends or public holidays.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €150 is requested by check (non-debited) at your arrival. It will be returned to you upon departure.
DEPARTURE:
- The accommodation must be vacated NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM.
- The accommodation must be left in perfectly clean and sanitary conditions. We remind you that a cleaning kit is available in your accommodation. Otherwise, you may be charged a cleaning fee of €80, including taxes.
- Lock shutters, windows and door and give back the keys to your residence manager or drop them in his mailbox.
- Take out the trash and place it in the space provided for this purpose.
HOUSE RULES:
- It is forbidden to smoke in public areas of the residence and in the apartment.
- It is forbidden to cause troubles and nuisance (noise, disturbance) both in public & private areas, during the day and at night.
- Outdoor spaces must be respected and preserved in the same way as accommodation (including furniture).
- This accommodation is not adapted for children
