The studio can accommodate 2 people on a double sofa bed and is situated on the 5th floor with a lift. WiFi is available. Open plan kitchen and separate bathroom. Fully air conditioned for the summer or adjustable central heating for the winter. The balcony overlooking the hills is perfect for relaxing moments.

We give you one set of keys and you have full access to the apartment and its amenities. Towels, soap, linen and other essentials are provided.

We are always available to help with any questions or issues that may arise and you can reach us 24/7 via the Airbnb platform. You can also reach us by phone, SMS, email and whatsapp.

Extra cleaning service can be arranged as frequently as required for an additional cost.
Late check in is possible for an additional fee: 9PM-10PM 25Euro and 10PM -12PM 40 Euro.

We would appreciate it if you turned off the heating/AC and lights when you leave the apartment and to please respect quiet hours!

The studio is close to a shopping mall and supermarkets. Numerous buses to the airport and many destinations. The tram is a 5 minute walk from the apartment so you can go everywhere in Nice. A tram line operates from north to east with which you can reach and enjoy the beautiful harbour. The train station is 2 tram stops away or a 10 minutes walk. The spectacular Old Town, the mythic Promenade des Anglais and the sea is either 5 minutes by the tram or 15 minutes by foot.
