Description
The Barn is located on the grounds of "Domaine de Montmelian", a private forest estate. It is a 150 square meters charming house with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The Domaine de Montmelian is a harbor of greenery of more than 30 hectares situated in Samoreau, 8 kilometers from Fontainebleau and 70 kilometers from Paris. The parc hosts a biological forest and various gardens, it also has its own private beach on the Seine river.
The ground floor hosts 2 large bedrooms (25 m2), each of them with its private bathroom. The rooms and are equipped with queen-size beds for the other and both have a desk corner. On the first floor, you will find a third room (similar as the others) along with a wide living area with an open space all equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room.
- CHARGES : please notice that there is a fee of 230 euros for utilities per month to be added to the monthly rent.
