2. Description of the Violet Villa
Lounge: you can relax in the elegant lounge, featuring a library of time, a TV, a DVD player and a CD player.
Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove and coffee maker, refrigerator with integrated freezer and freezer safe installed in the living room.
Terrace & garden: The terrace is decorated with a barbecue. The House is surrounded by greenery and a lush garden.
Rooms: In the evening, enjoy a good night rest in one of the two rooms or on the comfortable sofa bed of the living room. One of the bedroom with King-size double while the other has twin beds. A baby cot is available on request. The double room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Another bathroom, equipped in the same way, is also available.
Included in the price: Please note that the bed linen, towels and free Wi - Fi are included in the rate for all stays from 3 nights.
Optional: the household's output is a service option. However the household must be necessarily done to your exit time.
Parking: You can park on-site, in a private parking space the Villa violet is rented furnished with kitchen equipment, tableware, glassware, household appliances, linens and various other accessories for your comfort.
The designation of this villa is exclusively residential.
The tenant undertakes expressly not to exceed this number without written permission of the donor.
The tenant has been informed that the villa is planned for a maximum of 7 persons and equipped for consequences.
4. Duration of stay
The apartment will be available from 14:00 and must be returned no later than 10.00 - consent according to the arrival of the day.
In no way lease cannot be renewed without a prior written consent of donors.
5. Tourist tax
Due to the city of Pointe-Noire is €0.60 per day and per person from 12 years. It is payable upon entry to the site and adds to the total cost of the rental.
6. Options the villa
Must be left clean. Without this, extra cleaning fees will be automatically deducted from the deposit.
Floors should be clean, dishes made dried and tidy, sanitary facilities, showers, clean sinks in in good operation, barbecue and grille cleaned.
