Welcome to my home in the heart of a living emblematic district of Paris, 5 minutes from the Church of Saint-Germain of Prés, 10 minutes from Saint-Michel, 15 min Louvres and Notre Dame de Paris.
My apartment is located along the street of the Dragon where you can enjoy its tranquility, while being in a neighborhood alive and very well located. It is located on the 5th floor (without elevator).
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, it is perfect for 2 people. Reads are made with first quality 100% cotton linens.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, kettle, toaster and even a Nespresso coffee machine!
The apartment has a bathroom with a large bathtub. I also left a hair dryer that is at your disposal.
The flat isn't equipped with a washing machine
Please note that the consumption of electricity and gas are not included.
Check-ins are normally from 15 h.
Please take into account that a household of output of €110 you will be charged at the end of the rental.
Baby bed and high chair can be provided on request.
