The keys are to recover our premises at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON:
- Monday to Friday from 15h to 19h
- Saturday from 14:30 to 17:30
Should you wish to arrive outside the opening hours of our offices, thank you to contact us, various solutions can be offered, on location (next tariff arrival time), key deposit box, etc .... "
A deposit will be required upon key collection, possible payment by transfer, check, cash or credit card.
This will be collected for all stays over 30 nights and returned within 7 days of departure provided that the apartment has not suffered any damage.

Response from KarineThank you for sharing your experience with us, unless we are surprised about the bad odour or molded shower never signaled. As far as other points are mentionned, like in any flat, necessary refreshment is planned by our housekeeping team on a regurlar basis. It appears that you had made a last minute booking just before the summer season which is usually used for these type of work. The state of the flat requires some refreshment indeed but the curtains were not ripped, just not properly installed, no holes on the walls but some stains on 2-3 spots. Housekeeping team is really disapointed about your comment for no customer service as 1. they have come for a dish washer declared out of order that was in fact perfectly working 2. they have provided two fans to allow you to close the windows by night 3. they have passed by another time for a supposed water leakage on the toilets with a plumber once again for an inexisting problem 4. they met your last minute extra night request with the initial financial conditions. All was done with short delay ( no more than 24 hours delay ). We believe that the flat did not suit you for a personal reason ( quite clear given the fact that you wanted to change of flat from the 1st night ) but you must understand that the discounted price you have taken advantage for this unit is in accordance with the type of decoration you found. We hope to see you again in a higher standard unit that could meet your expectations. Karine
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Bad odour from kitchen extractor fan lingered for weeks. Found the unit in poor state holes on walls, ripped curtains, shower cabin moulded. Appart-ambience staff clueless about unit, no customer service.
