Located 1 km from the village and the Port de l Estaque, in a quiet residential area not overlooked and bordering green zone, it is on the "Path of Painters" of Estaque which allows beautiful hikes in the hill.

Area :
The marina of Estaque with its barracks at "Chichis" and "Panisses", so famous!, Its shops, restaurants, bars and walks by the sea, is 1km; 1st trade 800 meters from the house.
A mini-bus passes in front of the house to bring to the village, to the station, and to the marina of Estaque.
The 3 beaches of Corbières are 2.5 km from the house and also accessible by bus from the village.
The creeks of the Blue Coast (Niolon, Vesse, Ensues, Carry, Carro, Sausset ...) are 8km from the house and I recommend you to go by train from Estaque.
The view is beautiful !
Transportation :
The village, its marina and the seaside are 10 minutes walk.
Gare de l'Estaque is 15 minutes walk (5 minutes by car), which serves Marseille its Old Port, its city center beaches and coves.
The Sea Shuttle, from April to October, leads from Port de l Estaque to the Vieux Port of Marseille and Pointe Rouge.
Various buses at the port of L'Estaque lead to the 3 beaches of Estaque Corbières (which are only 2.5km from the house) as well as to Marseille La Joliette and major shopping centers (Grand Littoral, Les Terrasses du Port, ...).
The creeks of Côte Bleue (8 km from the house), Niolon, La Vesse, Ensues, Carry, Sausset ..., are also accessible by train from Estaque. The view is beautiful !
Motorway access 10 minutes by car from the house.
