Our 16 + 8 m² (mezzanine), on the 3rd floor (no elevator) apartment is in the heart of the old town of Nice, known for its architectural treasures and typical atmosphere.
Equipped with mezzanine with a double bed gives it all its charm, like the neighborhood in which it is located.
The living room has a sofa bed for one person and the open kitchen is well equipped: Kettle, coffee machine, Toaster, microwave, hotplates, refrigerator. It will allow you to prepare a good meal with foods typical of the region (salad nicoise in the lead), four on the market of the old city.
The Wifi and a TV are available.
So that your comfort is complete, we provide sheets, towels, SOAP, shampoo, ironing facilities, hair dryer and washing machine.
