In the famous rue de France, our lovely studio is located in the heart of the Golden Square, opposite the Casino and close to the Hotel Negresco. The beach is a 3-minute walk, and the train station is 10 minutes away.
Our studio, attic with exposed beams, renovated, consists of a living area of 30 sqm and includes 1 living space with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 comfortable sofa bed (140cm Bultex mattress) for 2 people and 1 single bed under attic alcove (ideal for children, low ceiling), TV corner, coffee table, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. This studio is on the 5th floor with elevator up to the 4th floor.
Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron.
This apartment is completely self-contained and provides all the necessary tools for cooking: electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave, cooking utensils and crockery. Vacuum cleaner, washing machine and air conditioner are also provided for your convenience. The fiber is available for an optimal internet connection.
Our studio does not have private parking but the Palais de la Mediterranee parking in front of the building is free the 1st hour (kept 24/24), with possibility of parking at the month and the week.
