June 2015Nous avions réservés ce studio des mois en avance, deux jours avant de prendre possession des lieux j'ai envoyé deux mail au propriétaire à l'adresse suivante nlesdema@nexity.fr, aucune réponse et aucune prise de contact avec moi. Arrivé le jour J je reçois l'appel d'un monsieur, aussi propriétaire qui m'explique qui n'ont pas de nouvelle de moi par rapport à ma réservation... Bref, arrivés à bon port nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver comment récupérer les clés, nous avons essayé d’appeler le monsieur qui nous avez appelé et nous sommes tombé directement sur le répondeur alors qu'il était 20h30. Le jour avant de partir nous sommes venus voir à l'accueil comment nous devions rendre les clés, j'ai toqué et je suis tombée sur une femme de ménage avachie sur un fauteuil qui avait l'air de se réveiller et qui n'avait pas trop envie de répondre à mes questions. Tout cela fait que nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié l'accueil de ce lieux.
Le rapport qualité prix est raisonnable mais nous aurions souhaité avoir la fiche explicative de l'appartement (heureusement j'avais déjà séjourné dans une résidence comme celle-ci je savais donc qu'il fallait jeter les houses, tait d’oreille et draps jetables à la poubelle...)
Nous reviendront cependant dans ce genre de lieux très pratique!
