Description

Hello, I rent my studio of 30 sqm this summer in August because I'm leaving to work abroad. I am looking so one or two people who would like to enjoy this space during my absence. This is not a residence secondary but from my apartment of daily life. I insist on this point because I want to maintain a good understanding with my neighborhood ;-) I'll leave a part of my business (books, CDs) which will be available to tenants. Thank you to take great care.

The apartment has a terrace East (Sun every morning from Sunrise until 1 pm). Big Green Park in the residence with an unobstructed view.

All charges are included in the rent.

The residence is quiet, so it is important to respect the neighbourhood and places. Access is easy by bus (15 min from the train station) or by car (possibility of free parking outside).
