Can I ask a friend to pick up the keys ?
If you cannot arrive within the time frame the host has indicated in his offer, you can ask someone else to get your keys for you. For security reasons, you will have to make sure of the following :
- Send an email to the person who is to hand over the keys (their address will be in the booking confirmation email) and give the name of the person who will be picking up the keys.
- Your friend will need to show valid proof of identity.
