How do I book an accommodation ?

Once you have found a suitable accommodation, select the dates of arrival and departure. The available dates are shown in green and the dates on which the accommodation is not available are shown in pink. After that, indicate the number of people traveling and then click on the “Check availability” button (or “Book it” button in case of an accommodation with Instant Booking).

Therefore, you are making an availability request to the host. Since this does not involve any commitment by either party (guest or host) in case of acceptance, it is recommended to make several requests to different hosts, after which you can proceed to your booking with a higher probability that it will be accepted by clicking on the “Book it” button located in the page of conversation with your host.

All you have to do from this point on is to follow the steps up to the payment authorization on the secure MorningCroissant platform.
When your payment authorization has been validated, your booking request is transferred to the host via email and text messages.
 
If the host refuses the booking, your payment authorization will be cancelled and your account will not be debited for any amount.

If you are booking an accommodation with Instant Booking, by clicking on the “Book it” button, all you have to do is to follow the steps up to the payment authorization on the secure MorningCroissant platform.


As soon as your booking is confirmed, your account will be debited of the total amount of the booking. You will automatically receive an email with the booking contract, an invoice and all the pertinent information about how to get the keys, including the host’s contact information. You can therefore contact him directly to make the final arrangements for your stay.
 
MorningCroissant then holds the rental fee in an escrow account, as required by law, and it will only be transferred to the host 24 hours after you have arrived at the accommodation. This means that you have one full day to inform MorningCroissant of any problems you may encounter with the accommodation. In this way the payment can be blocked if necessary.
