Why is my listing no longer visible on the site ?

The host’s response to all inquiries (booking requests, inquiries about available dates, or offers to negotiate rates) is crucial to customer satisfaction and to the smooth management of the MorningCroissant platform.

If your listing has been deactivated, it’s probably because you have not been responding to inquiries or because you are denying requests too frequently. To the guest, a refusal or the absence of any reply is a disappointing experience. That is why MorningCroissant reserves the right to delist any accommodations whose hosts do not reply in the professional manner that we expect from them.
 
If, however, you wish to relist your offer on our platform, you can send us an email at contact@morningcroissant.com. Your motivation to become an active member again will determine whether or not MorningCroissant decides to relist your accommodations.
