You can cancel a booking directly from your account :Go to 'Bookings'Click on the button 'Cancel' on the right of the booking you wish to cancelYou can see then the refund you will get. It is calculated automatically according to the cancellation policy chosen by the host By clicking on "Confirm cancellation", your booking will be definitely canceled and you will receive a confirmation emailThe bank account used for the payment will be credited with the amount displayed above within 3 business days.If you wish to cancel only a part of your booking, please read the section What if I want to shorten my stay ?You will find all the details on the amount of the automatic refund on the section Which refund can I get if I cancel a booking ?.
