What is a "Special Offer" ?

When you create a listing, the “Special Offer” option is automatically activated. This was created to help you get the most out of your properties. In fact, it allows guests to negotiate rates for a given period. In most cases this means you will be asked if you will accept lower rates than the ones you have posted, but in some cases you may be happy to rent at a lower rate rather than leave your accommodations vacant.
If you accept an offer, you will receive the rate that is shown on the accommodations page. If you find the proposal too low, you can make a counter-offer and negotiate an intermediate rate somewhere between your original rate and the one proposed by the client.

If you don’t want to use the "Special Offer" feature, click on My account > Listings. The list of your accommodations will be displayed. To the right of each listing you will see a button allowing you to disable this feature.
